Point Dume Residence

This Point Dume residence in Malibu, California probably has one of the most amazing views of the Pacific Ocean. Designed by Griffin Enright Architects, this modern luxury home sits on the highest points of Point Dume. Inside, large expansive windows, floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors all come together to make the hose feel part of its outside surroundings.
As the architects states, “This project explores the nature of fluidity and sequence in the context of space, circulation and landscape.” Additional features of the interior are rounded walls, concrete floors, while some of the more lavish outdoor features include an outdoor lounging area such as a patio and a luxury lap pool.
